About Nick Bizzarro

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Villanova University and my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Fordham University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey with additional post-graduate training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Over the course of my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, families, first responders, and individuals facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My experience spans concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.

I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, physical fitness, music, and sports. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, and welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.
